Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, excluding Statutory Holidays.

Administration and Catering Office:
A variety of audio-visual equipment and technology support is available through Presentation Services Audio-Visual.  Dial  1000

ATM:
Located in the main lobby near the entrance doors.

Business Centre:
We offer a variety of business services within our Business Centre, located adjacent to the Front Desk.

Check In/Out:
Check in time is 4:00pm.  Guests arriving before 4:00pm will be checked into their rooms based upon availability. 

Check out time is 12:00 noon. Should an extension be required please contact the Front Desk to confirm that an extension is available. Dial  0

Cheque Policy:
Our associates are not permitted to accept personal cheques.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Credit Information:
The hotel accepts the following Credit Cards: American Express, Diners Club/ En Route, MasterCard, Visa.  Interac is also available.

Daily Functions:
All meetings, receptions and events are listed on the Function Board located in the main lobby opposite the Front Desk.  If you are unsure of the location of a function, inquire at the Front Desk and our associates will be pleased to assist you.

Do Not Disturb:
Associates will not knock on the door or enter a room which displays a Do Not Disturb sign.  If the sign has not been removed by 2:00pm a letter will be slipped under the guest room door advising you to contact Housekeeping for service, alternatively a voice mail will be left for the guest.

Emergency/ First Aid:

Fitness Centre:
24 hour access, with your room key.  Located on our lower level “B”, our Fitness Centre is equipped with stationary bikes, treadmills, dumbbell weights and a sit up board. The centre also has a supply of towels, a water cooler and a television for your convenience. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Gift Shop:
Located near the botaniCa Restaurant entrance, we offer an assortment of essential personal items, souvenirs, newspapers and snack foods to satisfy your needs.

Full Service Housekeeping.  Did you forget something?  Soap, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste and feminine products are all available through housekeeping.

In-Room Movies:
On your 25˝ television, view the latest On Command movie releases, events on-demand, music, games and TV Internet.  To order one of these services, or to learn the appropriate fee, press the Menu button on the remote control and then follow the directions on the television.

Laundry & Drycleaning Service:
Same day service Monday to Saturday (excludes Statutory Holidays).  Items brought to the Front Desk prior to 9:00am will be returned by 5:00pm that same day.   Laundry slip and bag are located in your dresser drawer.

Lost and Found:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm…..dial  7500

After hours, please leave a detailed voicemail, and your call will be returned the following business day.

Full Luggage service available through our Bellman.  Luggage storage in our guest service quarters is available, should you require a safe place for your bags upon check-out. 

Group luggage services are also available at $2.00 in and $2.00 out per bag.  Arrangements can be made through the sales office.

Your outgoing mail can be dropped off at the Front Desk.  Postage stamps may be purchased from botaniCa* X-press and after hours at the Front Desk.

Parking:
Guest parking is available at the front of the building.  Additional parking is available in the Parkade, with access from Osler Street, parallel to Broad Street.   A Parking Pass must be obtained from the IMPARK dispenser located at the entrance of both lots and must be displayed on the dashboard.  Charges for parking are $5.00 per 24 hours.

Room Service:
Our extensive room service menu is available to guests who prefer dining in the privacy of their own rooms.

Sunday, 7:00am - 11:00pm

Safety Deposit Boxes:
Available at the Front Desk, at no charge to registered guests, for protection of jewellery, money and other valuables.  Please be advised that the Hotel does not assume liability for valuables not stored in safety deposit boxes.
